I was glad to have the opportunity ...

I was glad to have the opportunity to be part of the youth exchange project. This kind of project is perfect if you need a challenge.

For me, it was really helpful because I try to improve myself all the time.

In the "On a mission for our society" project, the focus was on teamwork. We collaborated with each other in order to create and to bring the best creative ideas on different topics.

I definitely want to repeat this experience.

I was fortunate enough to be a part of...

The “On a mission for out society” project, that I was fortunate enough to be a part of, was an excellent opportunity to further develop my knowledge on Entrepreneurship.

This project was thought out so well and everyting was planned to the smallest detail.

As a result, it was very easy for us, the participants, to learn in an interactive and fun way about entrepreneurship. We even disscused methods on how to transform any idea into a successful business. In addition, we learnt so much about other cultures, how to commuicate and to respect and follow traditions, we learnt about each other and figured out ways in which we can work in a stable team while also learning about the way businesses created by young people in different coutries work.

There was a place for everybody here, in Costinesti, in our project, in our family.

Deses-3 article about our experience

Live Video Interview

On the last day of the youth exchange, another evaluation activity was organized in the form of an interview, so one participant acted as moderator and asked a set of questions to the interviewees (other participants in the youth exchange who wanted to provide "formal" feedback).
We chose to interview only the participants eager to share the experiences and impressions resulting from this mobility in order to obtain the most objective feedback possible.

Summary of our last days in our mobility....

Final Evaluation

The last session of the project was about evaluating and reflecting on our experience during the whole youth exchange.

We were shared a packet of Dixit cards and each participant had to pick one card that best represented the feelings or state of mind they had at the end of the project.

Everybody took their time before picking the card and they made some very creative and well-thought interpretations. Some would see this project as a great opportunity for their professional life, others would see it as a chance of personal and social development.

All in all, we all enjoyed the Erasmus+ spirit of the whole project and were very glad to share our thoughts and feelings in this last session.

The 8 Competences

Today is the last day of this youth exchange.

We are very sad because we are going to miss all the others toooo much.

We have discussed about the Youthpass again and it's 8 competences which are: multilingual competence, digital competence, enterpreneurship competence, competence in mathematics, citizenship competence, literacy competence, social learning competence, cultural awareness competence.

We were asked to write on flipchart sheets what we considered to be the 8 competencies and in which activities of the project we had the opportunity to develop or use them. We were informed how we can complete online the Youthpass Certificates we will receive as a result of participating in the ERAMUS+ project "On a Mission for Our Society".

On a Mission for Our Society...in our community

Today, we had to prepare & present new project ideas for follow-up and the dissemination plans.

For new project ideas we were divided into working groups and we had to identify follow-up ideas, continuation of this exchange in future editions and ideas of new projects for youth.
Subsequently, we had to express our own ideas about the possibilities of continuing this youth exchange, but also ideas about new youth exchanges.

For dissemination plans, we were splitted in national groups and had to discuss about how we are going to disseminate the experience and the knowledge that we gained during this project.

After we made the plans, we shared them with the other participants. Every national group thought it through and came up with very creative ideas of disseminating.

As usual, it was a good energy and great time that we all spent together.

On a Mission for Our Society

The whole day was dedicated to creating concrete entrepreneurial business plans.

In the first session, the basic elements of a business plan were discussed, a brainstorming was done with what kind of business young people can start and in which areas it is easier. The benefits they have in some countries from the state or the access to different sources of financing, different from banks, were discussed. We discussed SWOT analysis and how it can help us at any time in our business or at any time in our lives.

Participants were asked to sit in 5 mixed groups and received as a support the SWOT analysis diagram, a detailed description of the steps to make a real business plan and the structure of a business plan on which they will work and develop the presentation.

In the second session they had time to prepare for the presentation of business plans. We decided that the presentation would take 5-10 minutes followed by 10 minutes of questions and answers. The presentations were timed for each team to understand the importance of time management.

After the lunch break, the presentations followed. Most were made in Power Point, and projected on a screen in the room for everyone to see. The presentations contained: name, logo, description of the domain, description of the business, marketing plan, managerial organization, financial plan and operational budget, accessible funds, who represents a competition on the market.

The presentations were creative, interactive and all team members got involved.

The second session for today was about business plans also. How to actually structure a business plan starting from an idea.
We were divided in the same 5 groups, and we had time to built a business plan.
All this time all the teams worked on their presentations.

As you can see the ideas were different and full of information.

The only thing I hope for is that we will all be able to put these ideas, these business plans in motion!

Italian Intercultural Evening

The Italian Night!

Or can I Say The Pasta Night?

By the way, we learnt about Italian History, their passions and traditional food, and coktails.
It was fun, interactiv and infirmative.

Claps For pasta Night!

Like literally we were bouncing off the walls for it.
They welcomed us with 2 kisses on the cheeks.
Then we started our night with funny videos about how pasta is being cooked there and about how they make the best coffee ever!

Then they explained the gestures they use the whole time. They continued by telling us about most famous paintings there.

Then we started with the food and cocktails they prepared for us.
And then we continued dancing the whole night long!!
